JJava is a platform-independent, object-oriented programming language (OOP). It is not to be confused with JavaScript, a scripting language used to create dynamic web pages. Due to its reliability and ease of use, Java is one of the most popular programming languages in the world.
Java is a popular programming language, created in 1995.
It is owned by Oracle, and more than 3 billion devices run Java.
It is used for:
Mobile applications (specially Android apps)
Desktop applications
Web applications
Web servers and application servers
Games
Database connection
And much, much more!
A method is a block of code which only runs when it is called.
You can pass data, known as parameters, into a method.
Methods are used to perform certain actions, and they are also known as functions.
Why use methods? To reuse code: define the code once, and use it many times.
OOP stands for Object-Oriented Programming.
Procedural programming is about writing procedures or methods that perform operations on the data, while object-oriented programming is about creating objects that contain both data and methods.
Object-oriented programming has several advantages over procedural programming:
1 . OOP is faster and easier to execute
2 . OOP provides a clear structure for the programs
3 . OOP helps to keep the Java code DRY "Don't Repeat Yourself", and makes the code easier to maintain, modify and debug
4 . OOP makes it possible to create full reusable applications with less code and shorter development time
File handling is an important part of any application.
Java has several methods for creating, reading, updating, and deleting files.
Java Variable
Java Conditional Statment
Java Loops
Java Function
Java Array
Java Type Casting
Java Method Parameters
Java Method Overloading
Java Scope
Java Recursion
Java Class / Object

Java provides a rich and wide range of API that helps programmers to develop applications. Using Java, we can develop different applications for different purposes. We can use Java technology to develop the following applications: Mobile App Development.
Is Java used anymore? Of course! It provides easy coding and high security, enabling the creation of many apps for health, education, and insurance. It is compatible with such tools as Servlets, Hibernate, Spring, Struts, Apache HTTP web-server, Apache Tomcat, Thymeleaf, and many others.
Java is used in almost all fields, be it financial, e-commerce, enterprise, mobile, distributed, or big data applications. For example, most of the financial software used by big players like Citigroup, Barclays, etc. is Java-based. E-commerce giant Amazon uses Java-based applications for its operations.
Java works on multiple platforms because when a Java programme gets compiled, the compiler creates a . class bytecode file that can run on any operating system that has the Java virtual machine (JVM) installed on it

I did my training in Python under Mr. Anirudh Kumar. He is a good programmer and taught us far more things than the syllabus. The good thing is that He focuses more on practical learning than theoretical learning.
